Virus in Sony Ericsson W890i?

Thre’re few folders & files named “recycle.{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}”, “SPRZICE”, “trikfx”, “winamp_cache_0001″, “usbsys”, “default-capability”, “Traceability”, “CDAInfo”, etc. in my 2.5 yr. old Sony Ericsson W890i memory stick. I wanna know whether these are required folders/files or these are viruses and I should delete them?
