Scared to be in a certain room of my house?

Some really creepy things happened in this room before, and I’m afraid of being in it. It’s a 4′ x 4′ room, and the walls are mirrors, there is also a strobe light, and a stereo that plays really heavy metal. Sometimes my wife will get mad at our kids and put them in there, but they hate that room even more than I do. How can I concur my fear of being in this room?
