Diarrhoea for 1 week?
I have had diarrhoea for maybe 1 week now. It isn’t like full diarrhoea though. The poo I am making is very wet though, it isn’t just liquid there is some solid in there. It is sloppy, light brown, and forms like a flat surface in the toilet.
There is no blood. There is no mucus. I experience no cramps or pain in my abdomen. I feel very healthy aside from this. I am not sick. No other symptoms really.
Today the poo was stinging my anus. It feels like I am pooing stomach acid. It stings pretty intensely when I have a poo. The stinging lasts for about 15 minutes and gradually lessens.
I am pretty sure I have been wiping too much. I have one small haemorrhoid on my anus. I wiped it too hard and a tiny tiny bit of blood came out. Hardly even noticeable. There is no blood in the poo though. My anus feels really sesnitive now. Maybe a combination of wiping too much and this stinging poo.
No extra flatulence either. A week ago I started eating these cereal bars as well as “spelt bread”. These are the only changes to my diet. Otherwise it is pretty much the same. I get a good amount of fibre in. So yesterday I stopped eating the cereal bars and spelt bread and today I still had problems.
I am seeing a doctor on thursday for an unrelated issue and I will bring it up if it is still causing problems.
Do you have any ideas what this is? What I can do to get rid of it? Any tips on how to deal with this. My last poo was quite painful.

i won a DS lite in a contest and i was wondering how i can add to the base few hundred Kbs that the DS has in NAND Flash memory, i know about the RAM Pak, like the one on the N64, but what about other, third party memory cards. since a DS lite does not have an Micro/SD/HC card slot, i figured i would look around on here, did not find a Q/A for it, so i decided to ask it myself. i do not think that the r4 cards are what i am looking for, since they are just DS Paks you transfer emulators and such onto them via whatever the format they use. also, are there any gameboy/color emulators for the DS, or SNES/NES/N64 emulators for the DS?

My dad was trying to help me update my PSP 1003 by connecting it to his laptop using a micro-USB cable thingy and I don’t know exactly what he did but he accidentally deleted ALL my game files on my 4GB Memory Stick Duo (Monster Hunter: Freedom Unite, Gran Turismo and Lemmings)… is there any way to get them back? I have looked in the recycle bin and the files are not there. Are they gone completely or is there a way I can get them back? Please help me, thanks
