No$GBA save help needed .SAV?

I just got a r4 ds card and I want to put my roms i have been playing on my pc on the card. The only problem is the roms need a .SAV file and i don’t know how to make No$GBA save a .SAV file. Help pls! if No$GBA can’t pls tell me a emulator a program that can.
I know a .SAV is when it saves, im trying to get a .SAV file from the rom I have been using so I can be at the same spot on my R4
