im sorry its a gross question, but whenever i go to the bathroom, regardless of whether im doing number 1 or number 2, there has been blood in the toilet the past few weeks. could it be a hemorrhoid? i know i have to go to the doctor regardless, but i cant get an appointment for almost 2 weeks.

I have had diarrhoea for maybe 1 week now. It isn’t like full diarrhoea though. The poo I am making is very wet though, it isn’t just liquid there is some solid in there. It is sloppy, light brown, and forms like a flat surface in the toilet.

There is no blood. There is no mucus. I experience no cramps or pain in my abdomen. I feel very healthy aside from this. I am not sick. No other symptoms really.

Today the poo was stinging my anus. It feels like I am pooing stomach acid. It stings pretty intensely when I have a poo. The stinging lasts for about 15 minutes and gradually lessens.

I am pretty sure I have been wiping too much. I have one small haemorrhoid on my anus. I wiped it too hard and a tiny tiny bit of blood came out. Hardly even noticeable. There is no blood in the poo though. My anus feels really sesnitive now. Maybe a combination of wiping too much and this stinging poo.

No extra flatulence either. A week ago I started eating these cereal bars as well as “spelt bread”. These are the only changes to my diet. Otherwise it is pretty much the same. I get a good amount of fibre in. So yesterday I stopped eating the cereal bars and spelt bread and today I still had problems.

I am seeing a doctor on thursday for an unrelated issue and I will bring it up if it is still causing problems.

Do you have any ideas what this is? What I can do to get rid of it? Any tips on how to deal with this. My last poo was quite painful.

Well, I’ve been doing a little research & I think I may have a hemorrhoid? I’ve gone # 2 three times in the last 2 days, each time I had a hard time going & it really hurt. This last time, I wiped and it was all blood. And now when ever I put underwear and use the restroom, I look in my underwear and theres a mixture of blood and #2. Do you think it could be a hemorrhoid? Or maybe I tore something? I’m a female & 14 years old. Also, what should I do? I DO NOT want to go to the doctors. Any home remedies?

My cat- 10 months old, when i first bought it, it is well toilet-trained, and i already gave a place to poo. But later on, it does not use that place anymore. It poos anywhere aside from the place given. This situation has been going on for months. He prefers too poo on the tiling but will urinate on the sandbox. I tried to check with the vet if my cat got any haemorrhoid’s for him to selectively poo on the tile but he seems to be all fine.

Today, however, he started urinate on the tile also! What should i do? Help me..

For the past couple of weeks I have spotted blood in my stools. Well…it is usually on the surface of my stools and sometimes on the tissue paper when I wipe myself. I don’t really get abdominal pain and I have pressed down on my stomach and I can’t feel any kind of lump or anything. I have always struggled with constipation and my doctor has put me on numerous laxatives ever since I was about 9. I have also had to have an enema before. I got told about 2 years ago that I have all symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) but my doctor never did anything about it, other than telling me to change my diet. I have no idea what kind of foods I am supposed to eat either as he didn’t tell me. About 3 days ago I hadn’t been to the toilet for about 4 days so I taken some laxatives and I finally had a bowel movement, but it seemed to have a bit of blood on the surface and I was really worried. I have noticed the blood only comes when I strain myself and rarely when I have diarrhea. I noticed I have also being getting an itchy bottom for about a week and I had shooting pains in my bottom a couple of days ago. They were only there for about 5 minutes but I know it still wasn’t normal. My mum suggested I should use Anusol cream again as the doctor gave it me a couple of years ago when I had an anal tear and it really helped. I have been using it for 3 days now and there seems to be no blood and the itching and shooting pains have gone. Hopefully it is a sign it is helping. But lately, I have been struggling to get to sleep. On thursday I got to sleep at 5am, friday at 5.30am and saturday at 6am and I have been sleeping until about 3pm which is probably why I am not getting to sleep until late, but I am worried it could all be signs of Colon Cancer. I am probably just thinking about it too much and linking them all together to create one big problem though, knowing me. I am off school too so maybe my sleeping pattern is messed up as I always go to bed late. I have also noticed that I am not feeling hungry lately. I’m usually always hungry and looking for food but recentley, I don’t really care. Yes, I have been eating everyday and I will eat everything that is given to me but I just don’t feel that hunger feeling in my stomach. Does anybody know what could be wrong with me? I am 15 and seriously worried right now.

Hell I rater vote for Obama and be taxed until I develop hemorrhoids in my butt than vote for someone who would eliminate the IRS and destroy our society with lack of police force and radial drug use. hello i began to have some pain in the rectum rite away i thought it was a hemorrhoid i began to take MDS for it a few days later i had some pain in my testicles iv been to the doctors and was checked and confirmed i did have a hemorrhoid and i said something about the testicle pain he check Me said i wasn’t sallowen now im finding it hard to pee i don’t know why this is going on could it have something to do with the hemorrhoid?

What does a polyp look like?
I can see something protruding into my colon. It is a red color (same color as my colon) and attached the lining of my colon. It hangs down about 3/4 inch. and is a triangular shape (thicker at top, thinner at bottom). I can see it as soon as I pry the opening open (sorry for TMI)…

Could this be a polyp? I don’t think it is a hemorrhoid because 1. it does not hurt, 2. it is not purple color

1) Do hemorrhoids go away on their own eventually?
2) Are hemorrhoids a serious health risk, or just something minor?
3) Should I stop lifting weights if I have a hemorrhoid?
