Broken PSP memory stick.?

First of all, my memory stick is genuine. This is the problem. After putting files in the memory, I PROPERLY ejected it. Then I tried to put it again to USB mode, my computer won’t read it. Tried ejecting it, open files (music), it won’t read the MMS. I formatted the MMS for like a thousand times (computer and PSP), still won’t do. I think my memory’s broken, anyone can fix this?
